Vertical Machining Center
Versatile and easy to operate, vertical machining centers are the most widely used CNC machines in modern manufacturing. They are ideal for milling, drilling, tapping, and precision metal cutting across industries such as automotive, molds, electronics, and general machinery.
The vertical spindle design allows operators to load parts more easily and monitor machining clearly during production. VMC machines offer an excellent balance of precision, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, making them a reliable choice for both small workshops and large-scale factories.

Horizontal Machining Center
Horizontal machining centers are engineered for high-efficiency production and heavy-duty machining applications. They are commonly used in automotive, valve manufacturing, hydraulic systems, energy equipment, and industrial machinery industries.
The horizontal spindle structure improves chip evacuation and maintains stable cutting performance during long production cycles. Combined with automatic pallet systems, HMC machines are ideal for continuous large-scale manufacturing with minimal downtime.

Gantry Machining Center
Built for large and heavy workpieces, gantry machining centers provide exceptional rigidity and stability during heavy-duty cutting operations. They are commonly used for aerospace parts, large molds, steel structures, energy equipment, and industrial machinery components.
The gantry-style frame structure supports higher cutting forces and minimizes vibration during machining. This design allows stable high-precision machining even for oversized parts that cannot be handled by standard machining centers.

5-Axis Machining Center
5-axis machining centers are designed for highly complex parts that require multi-angle machining in a single setup. They are widely used in aerospace, medical devices, precision molds, automotive components, and advanced industrial manufacturing.
The simultaneous multi-axis movement greatly improves machining accuracy and surface quality while reducing repeated positioning errors. This advanced structure allows manufacturers to produce complex geometries faster, more efficiently, and with higher precision.

Tapping Center
Designed for ultra-fast drilling and tapping operations, tapping centers are perfect for high-volume production of small and medium-sized precision parts. They are widely used in electronics, communication equipment, consumer products, and aluminum component manufacturing.
Compared with traditional machining centers, tapping centers feature faster tool-changing speeds, quicker acceleration, and shorter cycle times. Their compact and lightweight structure helps manufacturers significantly improve production efficiency while reducing operating costs.

CNC Lathe
CNC lathes are specialized for machining round and cylindrical parts such as shafts, pipes, flanges, fittings, and threaded components. They are essential equipment in automotive, hydraulic, oil & gas, and industrial manufacturing industries.
The rotating workpiece design enables highly efficient and accurate turning operations. CNC lathes provide excellent consistency, fast production speeds, and reliable precision for symmetrical metal parts.

Flat Bed CNC Lathe for Large Shaft and Flange Turning CK6150–CK61100
A flat bed CNC lathe handles parts that a slant bed machine cannot safely rough out in one pass. Flat bed lathes are sometimes viewed as traditional alternatives to modern slant bed machines. However, their design advantages appear when heavy stock removal, large diameters, and low-speed torque are the priority. The CK6150 through CK61100 models use a box-way guide structure ranging from 400mm to 755mm and a gearbox-driven three-step spindle. This setup holds heavy stock steady at low RPM instead of chasing high-speed finishing cycles.

Heavy Duty Slant Bed CNC Lathe for Large Diameter Parts TCK4550–TCK4563
A heavy duty slant bed CNC lathe is designed for large-diameter cylinder barrels and heavy shafts where standard machines may struggle with rigidity, vibration control, and cutting stability. The TCK4550 through TCK4563 feature a standard 10-inch hydraulic chuck and Φ87mm spindle bore. This allows bar stock up to Φ72mm to feed straight through the headstock, while the 11/15 kW spindle motor provides the power required for interrupted cuts on forged or thick-wall stock.

Horizontal Machining Center for Automotive Housing Parts HMC630–HMC800
If a box-type part needs drilling and tapping on four different faces, how many times does a vertical machining center need to unclamp and reposition it? Usually three or four, and each reclamp risks losing the reference datum. A horizontal machining center avoids that cycle entirely: the HMC630 and HMC800 carry a B-axis table with positioning accuracy up to 0.001°, so a housing part can rotate to each face without leaving the fixture.
-

5-Axis Machining Center for Aerospace & Medical Parts FMC170–FMC650
A 5-Axis Machining Center running at 20,000 rpm on a Φ200mm table solves a different problem than one handling a 300kg workpiece on a Φ650mm trunnion. This is why the FMC170, FMC320, and FMC650 share a platform but rarely compete for the same job.
-

Extra Large Gantry Machining Center for Heavy Duty Cutting GMC3025–GMC6025
An Extra Large Gantry Machining Center with a 6000mm X-axis stroke places far greater demands on ballscrew stiffness than shorter-travel models. As travel increases, maintaining positioning stability requires larger ballscrews and additional guide support rather than simply extending the same structure.
-

Slant Bed CNC Lathe for Shaft Machining TCK5052–TCK50100
Does a 1060mm Z-axis travel provide value when your production mainly involves 500mm shafts? In most cases, it does not. This is why this series comes in three Z-axis lengths built around one shared drivetrain, ensuring the frame is neither oversized nor undersized for the job at hand.
